There are a few different distribution channels that can get our Tropicana fruit juices to the Latin American market. In the B2B segment, we can distribute our fruit juices to wholesalers or retailers. This would work best because we would simply sell large quantities to retailers, such as convenience stores or supermarkets, and then it is their responsibility to sell the product to the consumer. Another channel is through the use of brokers and distributers. A broker’s main responsibility is to pitch to shops and close the sale. The downside is that they usually charge a high fee for their services. Lastly, there is the option of direct selling, where the company sells directly to the consumers. Since there aren’t many stores concentrated on selling fruit juices, we could do this by setting up vending machines at different locations.
