Describe three distribution channels to distribute your company products (from the Export Plan) to the Latin American markets

There are a few different distribution channels that can get our Tropicana fruit juices to the Latin American market. In the B2B segment, we can distribute our fruit juices to wholesalers or retailers. This would work best because we would simply sell large quantities to retailers, such as convenience stores or supermarkets, and then it is their responsibility to sell the product to the consumer. Another channel is through the use of brokers and distributers. A broker’s main responsibility is to pitch to shops and close the sale. The downside is that they usually charge a high fee for their services. Lastly, there is the option of direct selling, where the company sells directly to the consumers. Since there aren’t many stores concentrated on selling fruit juices, we could do this by setting up vending machines at different locations. After doing lots of research I believe the 3 distribution channels from USA to Mexico most suitable for our product (Tires) are the following:

Franchising

The Mexican market is mature and competitive but also very receptive to the franchise model, which has continued to see sustained growth in recent years. U.S. franchise concepts are well regarded in the Mexican market due to brand familiarity as well as the strong relationship between the two countries.

Establishing an Office

For U.S. companies interested in establishing a presence in Mexico, the General Law of Mercantile Organizations (or Civil Code) regulates many different forms of business entities.

Importers and Wholesalers
Key retail chains are among the largest importers and wholesalers, including Walmart de México, Costco de México, El Puerto de Liverpool SAB de CV, El Palacio de Hierro, Sanborns de México SAB de CV, and Sears Roebuck de México.
