Strengths and Opportunities

This week you examine your strengths and opportunities for improvement. Like expectations and identifying goals of what you would like to achieve, it is necessary to take a good look at what your strengths are and are not. Understanding both will help you use your strengths while performing your role as a leader as well as develop those areas that would make you stronger.
