A SWOT analysis involves the evaluation of an organization’s Strengths (S), Weaknesses (W), Opportunities (O), and Threats (T). Review the Harmon reading to familiarize yourself with the SWOT analysis process. Then, conduct a SWOT analysis of your own professional environment. Based on the analysis, create a report to share with the learning community. If you are not currently working in a learning organization, consider the type of learning organization in which you would like to work in the future.
Your analysis should include the following:
- Identify several strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Identify a plan with at least five strategies to minimize threats and maximize opportunities.
- Identify how you will involve stakeholders to collaborate to actualize your plan.
Length: 3-5 pages, not including title and reference pages
