Good evening,

I have included an URL to view my presentation. I would appreciate it if you can tell me if there is sound as I had my video, sound, and mic on, but I could not hear my presentation when I tried to play it back. I had used adobe connect for my recording. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

This would be a good tip for preparation before your actual presentation to make sure everything in working and knowing how to use everything. I had looked at the instructions and thought I had set it up correctly and went through all the tests to make sure my equipment was working correctly.

“Follow the steps below to record Adobe Connect.

Open Adobe Connect.

Check your microphone and ensure it works normally.

Click “Meeting” on the top of interface then choose “Record meeting”.

Name and write a brief description on popup window for your meeting.

Press “Stop” button when you want to end recording” (Apowersoft 2016).

“Although, this method is the most convenient way, the output video will be saved in format of FLV which is not supported on most portable devices. In the meanwhile, its quality is not so good as other popular formats like AVI, WMV and MP4” (Apowersoft 2016).

Ponopto website provided a few points that may be helpful such as using full screen for your presentation and the below:

• “Make fonts size 24 or higher. Remember – save custom fonts as a PDF, just to be safe.
• Images should fill two-thirds of the screen. Any smaller and details are invisible.
• Choose flat or minimally-styled graphics. Small patterns don’t work in small viewers.
• And remember – like any good PowerPoint presentation, one idea per slide is best” (Ponopto).
