Assignment Overview
Conduct additional research regarding the different employee benefits offered today to employees by employers. Select a benefit that is not currently required by federal law (one that you think should be). Create a slide presentation (10-12 slides) with voice over using a microphone, or a short (8-10 minute) video explaining why you support this benefit becoming mandatory under federal law. Be sure to respond to both the pros and cons of your idea. Your presentation should be about 10 minutes in length.
Bring in at least three valid sources of information, with at least two of them from the Trident Online Library. Citing sources of information in the text as well as in the reference list at the end of your assignment is required.
