Description of Video:
The Supreme Court hears the case FCC v. Fox Television Stations that could ease regulations on the amount of swear words and nudity that is broadcast on public television. During oral arguments, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg says the FCC has been inconsistent in its rulings, while Justices Antonin Scalia and John Roberts say the public needs a few channels kept free from indecency.
