Question – Food Delivery
If restaurants do not have their own delivery, they can use delivery/reservation companies as distribution channels.
Please visit opentable.com (Links to an external site.), grubhub.com (Links to an external site.), ubereats.com (Links to an external site.) (Links to an external site.)or eat24hours.com (Links to an external site.) for such channels available.
Have you ever used these channels? If yes, how was your experience?
Do you know some other popular food delivery companies?

I have used opentable to reserve a table at local resteraunts for myself and for guests at my hotel. I have used grubhub, postmates, and ubereats. For the most part I really love the service that they provide, their service is to provide the transportation and timely delivery of food orders to you. I have found some glitches in the process however some are not the issue of the delivery company. I have found that some of te orders are wrong or the food is cold. These problems aren’t necessarily the delivery companie’s issue however when ordering through their apps, they receive the negative reviews because of it, even if the resteraunt is to blame.
I believe that in our world their service is very necessary especially as we are all being asked to stay home.
