you will develop a plan to improve the community/neighborhood, such that you decrease violence, increase social connection, and increase access to resources. You are free to design any kind of plan but

1. describe the community you are focusing on and why
2. describe the risks you want to reduce
3. describe the components of the plan and why you think they would be helpful
