Tasks: Perform an equipment inventory. Document the inventory on the equipment inventory form (Work Product 11.1 Equipment Inventory Form) on pg. 246 in study guide and procedure checklist manual.
Directions: Complete procedure by inventorying equipment in your home (i.e. stove, refrigerator, etc.) Log information in Work Product 11.1 and submit.
Tasks: Perform routine maintenance of administrative or clinical equipment. Document the maintenance on the log (Work Product 11.2 Maintenance Logs).
Directions: Complete Procedure 11.2 by using equipment in your home (i.e. stove, refrigerator, TV, etc.)
