Critical Analysis of Gap Analysis for Portfolio, programme in a company

Using the definitions from your literature review, alongside other appropriate concepts taken from

this course and your own research, provide a critical appraisal of the programme and portfolio

management systems and processes in your current place of work (or a workplace you are familiar

with).

– I have the material to read from (must read documents from where we are going to know how to start our research/ analysis) and videos.

– we have to have outline and it will be a live track assignment, so I need a feedback on daily basis in order to not re-do the work and save time.-charts, tables, and process images are requried.
