case fact sheet is a descriptive summary (in the student’s own words) that includes available and relevant information regarding the involved industry, firm(s), competitors, product(s), problem(s) faced by the firm in the case, and pertinent issues that have to be considered (problems facing the firm/decisions the firm has to make). The facts in a case can be presented as bullet points. Students should attempt to include, amongst other information mentioned above, any marketing related facts that are deemed relevant. This implies that information regarding marketing strategy utilized, and available information regarding the marketing mix elements – product, price, place, and promotion – should be presented in the fact sheet.
