Review literature: Minimum of 6 research articles depicting how job design is very important in today’s time. Describe the various characteristics of job design as (1) Task characteristics, (2) Knowledge characteristics, (3) Social characteristics and (4) Work context and its relevancy in current job and organization.
Research Methodology: A well-structured survey is attached. You need to fill the survey and get the survey filled by employees working in your organization. Minimum of 10 surveys is required from each student in a group.
Findings: All the results should be shown in Descriptive analysis way. (Percentage and Frequency method should be used), even pie chart and bar graph can also be used for showing the results. Students can also use SPSS software for result analysis.
Discussion: Should be discussed on the basis of findings
Conclusion and managerial implications: Summarization of all the major points.
