To receive feedback on your plans for proposed report, you are required to submit a 1 page report plan end of week 4 (18th February). The plan should include:
- The strategic decision you have chosen
- A preliminary Five Forces Analysis of the firm’s industry. Focus only on the 2-3 industry forces you perceive to be most powerful.
- A list of five sources (news articles, industry reports etc.) which shed light on either the strategic decision chosen or relevant aspects the firm’s competitive position. For each source, provide a 1-2 sentence summary of how you expect this source will enlighten your analysis.
Feedback will be provided by Lecturers. Further details on the assessment will be discussed in lectures and tutorials.
