The EPM Master Project Management Plan
Each member of each team will be responsible for developing a master project plan for one of the projects in the ‘Project team’s’ portfolio. This will include a full ‘Project Charter,’ a subsidiary plan for each of the ten (10) knowledge domains, and a ‘Statement-of-Work.’ The ‘Project Charter,’ the ‘Subsidiary Plans,’ and the ‘Statement-of-Work,’ will be template based. They include:
- Title Page
- Table Of Contents (TOC)
- Project Charter: Note – complete all sections of the Project Charter for your Master Project Management Plan
- A Project Scope Management Plan
- A Project Stakeholder Management Plan
- A Project Staffing Management Plan
- A Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Work plan
- A Project Budget
- A Project Risk Management Plan
- A Project Quality Management Plan
- A Project Communications Management Plan
- A Project Procurement Management Plan
- A Project Change Management Plan
- A Statement-of -Work
These plans will be delivered in two phases:
Phase 1: Submit Scope, Stakeholders, Staffing, Work Breakdown Structure, and Budget
Phase 2: Submit Risk, Quality, Communications, Procurement, and Change
Phase 3: Submit your comprehensive compound document of the ‘EPM Master Project Management Plan’ including the ‘Statement of Work’ assignment.
In the aggregate, each of these artifacts represent 2.5 points toward a cumulative score of 30 points for the master project plan.
